One of our Club Members,who goes by the
handle..Redneck..and is in fact, Ken Fowler..
has come down with Brain Cancer.
Ken and his wife Cathy,have been travelling
down to Victoria for treatments and as you can imagine,
the trips are costly.
I've been informed by a member of the Courtenay Fish and
Game..that family and friends of Ken and Cathy Fowler are
planning a Fundraiser for them at the Courtenay Legion on
the 19th April at 8pm.Tickets are $10 a head.
A most worthy event.
The CRATV Club extends to Ken and Cathy our Best Wishes
for a speedy and successful treatment of this devastating
disease.
