Does anyone know where you go to get cell reception at Stella? I have been out there all week and I do get service for a few seconds so it makes me think there must be a spot a guy could make a call from.

Scotty showed me a spot between Stella and the Rock Bay Rd...seems to me it was around that single North Stella Site. Probably worth marking it somehow if you find it.
