The NI Communities ORV Operation permits forms can be downloaded, and filled out on your computer.
A minimum of 2 copies of each printed, and then taken in person (along with your valid Drivers License, ORV registration, proof of ICBC Hwy crossing insurance, and proof of off-road liability insurance) to the appropriate RCMP Detachment, Where the Operation Permit must be validated by a local RCMP Officer from that local Detachment.
